Responsibilities :

• Handling Import Documentation

• Preparing Checklist with Visual Impex Soft

• Find H.S. codes, Duty structure with tariff book

• Maintaining DSR report.

• Preparation of Quotation, Bill & Sending the same to consignee

• Making Custom Duty & Stamp Duty payment

• Trace the shipment status through websites and by personal contact to shipping lines and freight forwarders.

• Update Client for shipment status

• Arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping line & freight forwarders.

• Good communicate to party with mail and Personal contact

• Resolving customers queries with the help of custom clerk team
