Import Export Executive

We are looking for a Import Export Executive to join our team at Eternity Technologies. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities – Import Export Executive

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end import and export operations.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.).

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transporters.

• Track shipments and provide real-time status updates to internal teams and clients.

• Handle import/export documentation for customs clearance.

• Coordinate with finance for LC, remittances, bank documentation, and foreign payments.

• Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and regulatory filings.

• Monitor logistics costs and negotiate freight rates where applicable.

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments.

• Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reporting

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
