Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and supporting documents accurately.

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Update accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems as required.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.

• Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Track application status and provide timely updates to clients and management.

• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

• Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information at all times.

• Ensure compliance with immigration guidelines and company procedures.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation in any discipline with 0–3 years of experience in visa processing, documentation, administration, or a related field. Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates must have:

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

• A professional attitude and commitment to delivering excellent client service.

• Knowledge of visa filing procedures and immigration documentation will be an added advantage.
