What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
1- Sourcing & Screening: Hunt and vet top talent using major job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases.
2- Client Coordination: Act as the vital bridge between candidates and clients—scheduling interviews and managing the feedback loop.
3- Pipeline Management: Drive bulk and niche hiring assignments, build strong talent pipelines, and crush monthly targets.
4- Data Management: Keep recruitment trackers laser-accurate and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
✨ What We Are Looking For:
• Sharp communication, negotiation, and candidate-relationship skills.
• Solid hands-on experience with the standard recruitment lifecycle and job portals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and professional email etiquette.
• A thriving mindset in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
