Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
Assist with preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Support the HR team with attendance, leave, and other administrative activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
