HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand candidate profiles.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Prepare daily recruitment reports.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to close open positions.

• Maintain proper candidate records and documentation.

• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection

• Candidate sourcing and screening

• Good follow-up and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to work with recruitment portals and social media

• Target-oriented and proactive approach

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

Qualification

MBA/PGDM – HR / BBA / B.Com / Graduate in any relevant field

Experience

Freshers / 0–1 Year
