Job Summary
TalentCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Guest House Administration Executive to manage guest house operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administration. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with experience in facility management, guest handling, vendor coordination, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall guest house administration and daily operations.
Handle visitor and guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
Coordinate housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Manage and coordinate with vendors for required services and supplies.
Maintain inventory records and monitor asset utilization.
Prepare and maintain administrative reports, records, and documentation.
Ensure smooth functioning of guest house facilities and services.
Address guest concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Support management with administrative and operational requirements.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Good knowledge of administrative and facility management processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in Guest House Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality Administration, or related fields.
