We are looking for a GeM Portal / Government Tender Executive to join our team at Dynasty Computers & Copiers. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Get ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant GeM/government tenders.
Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids.
Handle GeM bid participation, BOQ, EMD, compliance documents and declarations.
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations and authorization documents.
Manage GeM catalogue, pricing, orders and tender records.
Track corrigenda, bid results, reverse auctions and order status.
Required Skills:
Must have practical GeM bid submission experience.
Knowledge of government tender documentation and BOQ.
Good Excel, PDF and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
