Position: Garments Supervisor
Location: Pothanur, Coimbatore
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily garment/warehouse operations.

• Allocate work to workers and monitor their productivity.

• Ensure proper picking, packing, checking, and dispatch of garments.

• Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Ensure product quality and quantity before dispatch.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and sales teams.

• Maintain daily production/operation reports.

• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and work performance.

• Identify operational issues and report them to management.

• Ensure workplace safety and 5S standards are followed.

Eligibility

• 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.

• 1–3 years of experience in garments, warehouse, or similar operations.

• Good team-handling and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.

• Ability to work under targets and manage a team.

Salary: ₹[18,000–22,000] per month, based on experience and skills.
