Core Responsibilities
Calendar & Inbox Management: Prioritize meeting requests, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and manage information flow to ensure the executive's time is aligned with business goals. [1, 2]
Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, book accommodations, and prepare accurate expense reports in a timely manner. [1]

Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper between the executive, clients, and internal staff. [1, 2]

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of administrative experience supporting upper management or C-suite executives. [1, 2]
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
