Executive Assistant – Sales Operations 🌟
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional female to work directly with our Director and support in sales follow-ups, team coordination, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate with the sales team for daily updates & reporting
✅ Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and requirements
✅ Prepare MIS, trackers, and presentations for management review
✅ Draft professional emails & correspondence on behalf of the Director
✅ Ensure smooth communication between the Director and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
🔹 Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
🔹 Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
🔹 Graduate (MBA preferred), 5-7 years of experience in sales coordination / operations / executive support
📍 Location: Naraina , new Delhi
