We are looking for a Executive Assistant to CEO, to join our team. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹50000 - ₹60000 and opportunities for growth.
Please note — we do not require a Front Office Executive profile for this position. We are specifically looking for a strong Executive Assistant with a solid background of working closely with senior management.
Highly presentable, confident, and proactive
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of preparing MOMs, presentations, and using digital tools efficiently
Possess good general awareness and knowledge of international time zones
Preferably have experience working in an MNC environment
Be open to travel, when required
And most importantly, be energetic, responsive, and extremely professional
We are flexible with a higher salary range if the candidate is the right fit for the CEO’s office.
Manage calendar, meetings, and travel itineraries for the CEO
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion
Support in day-to-day operations and special projects
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
