Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant Executive to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support to the Owner. If you are detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion, we would love to connect with you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage and coordinate the Owner’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
✔️ Organize internal & external meetings, calls, and events
✔️ Draft and respond to professional emails, letters, and presentations
✔️ Take meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action points
✔️ Arrange domestic & international travel (itineraries and bookings)
✔️ Maintain confidential records, contracts, and important documents
✔️ Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments
✔️ Handle vendor communication and follow-ups
🔹 Key Skills:
✨ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✨ Excellent organizational & time management abilities
✨ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✨ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
