Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, minutes, and follow-up action points.
Maintain regular follow-ups with team members regarding assigned tasks and deadlines.
Handle emails, calls, messages, and other professional communications on behalf of the Director when required.
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and MIS as required.
Maintain and organize important files, records, and confidential documents.
Coordinate with HR, accounts, sales, design, project, and other departments.
Assist in tracking ongoing projects, priorities, and important deadlines.
Arrange travel, meetings, and other logistics when required.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company and management information.
Support the Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Ensure that important instructions from the Director are communicated clearly and followed up until completion.
Identify pending tasks and proactively remind concerned team members.
Handle urgent and time-sensitive assignments professionally.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients, vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
