Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) – Data, MIS & Administration

CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience & competency)

Role Overview:

SUAM Overseas Private Limited is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to

support senior management. The role demands strong skills in data analysis, MIS reporting,

administrative coordination, and communication, along with a practical understanding of

AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership

• Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups

• Handle administrative and routine tasks including bill payments, documentation, and

record maintenance

• Prepare, analyze, and summarize MIS reports

• Perform data analysis using Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas)

• Prepare reports, assessments, and management summaries

• Coordinate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Use AI tools for productivity, reporting, and analytical support

• Maintain confidentiality and high standards of professionalism

Age Bracket: 35–40 years (Female candidates preferred)

• Education: Minimum Master’s Degree with Distinction

– Preference for Finance / Commerce / Analytics background

• Prior experience as EA / MIS / Analyst / Administrative support preferred

• Textile industry exposure is an added advantage

Skills:

• Advanced Excel & strong data analysis skills

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

• Strong report writing and MIS summarization skills

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows

• Highly organized, diligent, and detail-oriented
