Job Responsibilities
· Maintaining NSH's calendar appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
· Handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal/external departments for smooth business operations
· Answering, screening and making telephone calls on behalf of MD
· Providing support to meetings including minutes and follow-up actions.
· Managing day to day activities of MD and also scheduling meeting
· Handling email
· Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
