Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Inbox Management: Organizing complex schedules, prioritizing meetings, and managing email correspondence.
Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Travel & Logistics:
Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.
Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Document Preparation: Drafting reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Administrative Support: Handling confidential files, office management, and special projects
Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Organization: Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
