Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin to manage day-to-day office operations, assist in HR tasks, maintain records, and support the smooth functioning of our workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and visitors.
Schedule demo, meeting & interviews.
Maintain and update physical and digital records and files.
Support basic HR tasks like attendance tracking, leave management, and document preparation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and welcoming.
Support basic accounting tasks such as petty cash management and invoice follow-ups.
Prepare reports and maintain records for management review.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of office management tools (MS Office, email, printers, etc.).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
