We are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our team at Sarvppratham Developers Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing
calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel
arrangements.
● Follow-up: Exceptional follow-up skills are a must; proactively track and follow up on
pending tasks, projects, and communications to ensure completion on time.
● Coordination: Oversee office administration, liaising between departments, and
managing supplies and office logistics.
● Personal Tasks: Handle any personal tasks and errands for the director with utmost
discretion.
● Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports,
and presentations. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, is essential.
● Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external
stakeholders on behalf of the Director. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
are required.
● Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and
professionalism.
