Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules for management
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and official documents
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain records, files, and confidential documentation
Arrange travel bookings, meetings, and event schedules if required
Support management in daily operational and administrative tasks
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and priorities
Requirements:
6 Months to 1 Year of experience as Executive Assistant / Admin Executive / Personal Assistant
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude with strong time management skills
