Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Managing Director (MD).
This role requires strong multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, professional discretion, and the capability to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1 to 5 years in Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator / Senior Administrative roles
Gender: Female candidates preferred
Age: Up to 35 years
Language Requirement: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
Knowledge of English is required
Candidates from North India will be considered an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
Coordinate client meetings and internal discussions
Prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points
Draft professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents
Act as a liaison between the MD, showroom staff, clients, suppliers, and partners
Organize showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Maintain confidential records, vendor contracts, client files, and project documentation
Generate MIS reports and assist in data analysis
Support new store launches and product introductions
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Technical & System Knowledge (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas)
Proficiency in Pivot Tables & MIS Reporting
Experience with Google Sheets
Working knowledge of Google Forms
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (Preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
High level of professionalism and discretion
