Executive Assistant (EA)
We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) with 3–5 years of experience to support senior management in daily operations and coordination. Candidate should have strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules
Handle emails, calls, follow-ups, and client coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Assist management in daily operational and administrative tasks
Maintain professional communication and confidential records
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as EA/PA
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email handling
Professional, organized, and able to work independently
Salary: ₹35,000/month
