1. Manage scheduling for Managing Director
2. Draft, review and send communications on behalf of MD
3. Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
4. Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the MD
5. Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
6. Coordinate travel arrangements
7. Maintain various records and documents for MD
8. Monitoring the Progress reports and reporting to MD.
9. Coordinating with the employees responsible for maintaining the system.
10. Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
