The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director provides high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient management of the Director’s schedule, communications, and priorities. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
•Key• Responsibilities
•Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
•Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director
•Organize travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
•Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
•Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
•Maintain confidential records and documents
•Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
•Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of tasks
Support office management and administrative activities when required
