R Shantilal & Company is looking for a professional and well-organized Executive Assistant (Female) to support senior management in daily coordination, scheduling, documentation, communication, and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be reliable, proactive, and experienced in handling executive-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments

• Handle emails, calls, and communication with customers/vendors

• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations

• Follow up with suppliers, customers, and internal teams

• Assist in purchase, sales, and stock-related coordination

• Maintain MIS reports and confidential records

• Support daily office operations and admin tasks

• Prioritize tasks and ensure timely execution for management

Skills Required

• Excellent communication (Hindi/English)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Good command of Excel, Word & email drafting

• Professional attitude, proactive & reliable

• Ability to multitask and support senior management effectively

Qualifications

• HSC / Graduate / Post-Graduate

• 1–4 years of experience in back-office, coordination, or Executive Assistant roles

Salary

₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)
