Executive Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, "street-smart," and tech-savvy individual to act as the executive assistant and manage the day-to-day operations of a gaming cafe. This is not just a "desk job"—it is a high-responsibility role involving administrative support, local errands, and gaming cafe management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Gaming Café Operations (Primary Site)

• Managing customer check-ins and billing using cafe software.

• Basic PC troubleshooting (restarting systems, checking LAN cables).

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment (overseeing housekeeping).

• Inventory management: Tracking snacks/drinks and restocking via local vendors.

2. Executive & Personal Support

• Errand Runner: Handling pickups/drop-offs (documents, tech gear, or personal items).

• Logistics: Booking cabs, travel tickets, or doctor appointments.

• Market Research: Visiting local markets in Jaipur to check prices or availability of specific products/services.

3. The "Filter" (Gatekeeping)

• Acting as the first point of contact for calls and inquiries.

• Filtering out unnecessary distractions so the owner can focus on core work.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates/Final year students preferred).

• Tech Skills: Must be comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Google Maps.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi; basic functional English (ability to read/reply to basic messages).

• Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (Fuel will be reimbursed).

• Mindset: Proactive. If a problem arises, you try to solve it before calling the owner.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
