JOB DESCRIPTION Personal Assistant to Company Chairman Job Location - Darya Ganj, Delhi Experience - 10–15 Years of relevant experience Hospital / Healthcare sector experience is mandatory Age - 35–45 Years Education - Graduate in any discipline Working Hours - 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM The candidate should be flexible and available beyond working hours whenever required by the Chairman. Salary - ₹40,000/- CTC per month Position Overview We are looking for a mature, experienced, physically fit and highly dependable Personal Assistant to the Company Chairman. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in the hospital/healthcare sector, preferably at a senior level, and should be capable of independently managing the Chairman's day-to-day professional requirements, travel, hospital-related work, research assignments and coordination with doctors and other senior stakeholders. The candidate must be comfortable travelling with the Chairman across India and should be available to respond to urgent requirements whenever necessary. Key Responsibilities 1. Chairman's Personal & Professional Assistance Provide comprehensive day-to-day assistance to the Chairman. Manage and coordinate the Chairman's meetings, appointments, schedules and commitments. Maintain a well-organized daily calendar and ensure timely reminders and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, doctors, hospitals and business associates on behalf of the Chairman. Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with complete discretion. 2. Travel Management Plan and coordinate the Chairman's domestic travel across India. Arrange flights/trains, hotels, transportation, local arrangements and complete travel itineraries. Accompany the Chairman during official and business travel whenever required. Coordinate all travel-related requirements before, during and after the journey. Be prepared for short-notice and extended travel assignments. 3. Hospital & Healthcare Coordination Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, consultants and medical professionals as required. Conduct research on hospitals, doctors, medical departments, treatments, facilities and healthcare services. Collect and organize relevant information for the Chairman's review. Schedule and coordinate hospital visits, doctor appointments and meetings. Follow up with hospitals, doctors and concerned departments and provide timely updates. 4. Product & Market Research Conduct research on medical, healthcare and other relevant products/services. Compare products, suppliers, hospitals, services and other requirements as assigned. Prepare concise reports, summaries and comparison sheets for the Chairman. Gather reliable information from online and offline sources and present findings clearly. 5. Coordination & Follow-up Coordinate with senior management, employees, vendors, doctors, hospitals and external agencies. Ensure that tasks assigned by the Chairman are followed up and completed on time. Maintain proper records of important meetings, contacts, documents and follow-ups. Handle day-to-day administrative assignments as directed by the Chairman. 6. Additional Responsibilities Assist in preparing meeting notes, presentations, reports and other documents. Screen and coordinate important calls and communications when required. Manage confidential documents and maintain proper records. Anticipate the Chairman's requirements and take proactive action wherever possible. Handle urgent assignments and responsibilities with maturity and a solution-oriented approach. Required Skills & Competencies 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a senior position. Mandatory experience in the Hospital / Healthcare sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong conversation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with doctors, senior management and other stakeholders. Good coordination, follow-up and organizational skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and internet research. Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Must be physically fit and active, as the position involves extensive movement and travel. Must be willing to travel anywhere in India as required. Must be flexible with working hours and capable of responding to urgent requirements. 24/7 availability for important or emergency requirements whenever necessary. Must maintain complete confidentiality, discretion and professionalism. Should have a mature, stable and responsible personality. Personal Requirements Candidate should come from a stable family background and demonstrate maturity and responsibility. Must be well-groomed, disciplined and professionally presentable. Should have a clean professional conduct and respectful behavior. Should be trustworthy and dependable. Should have patience and the ability to work under pressure. Should be comfortable interacting with senior-level professionals, doctors and business associates. Should be flexible regarding travel, timings and work requirements. Should have a long-term commitment towards the position. Candidate must understand that the role requires a high level of trust, confidentiality and personal responsibility. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate with 10–15 years of professional experience. Strong preference for candidates who have worked in the Hospital / Healthcare sector at a senior level. Candidates with previous experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Secretary to MD/Chairman/Director or similar senior-support roles will be preferred. Experience in coordinating with doctors, hospitals, senior management and healthcare professionals will be an advantage. Candidates with extensive experience in Pan-India travel and senior-level coordination will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be mature, reliable, physically fit, highly organized and capable of handling responsibilities independently. Important Note This is a high-trust and responsibility-oriented position involving direct support to the Company Chairman. The candidate must be prepared for extensive travel, flexible working requirements and handling confidential and sensitive assignments with complete professionalism.
