Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Executive Assistant (Technical) to support senior leadership with administrative, analytical, and technical tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and technical support to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Science or related field preferred

• 1–4 years of experience as a Technical EA, Coordinator, or similar role

• Strong understanding of technical terms, documents, and processes

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and reporting

• Ability to work proactively and manage deadlines
