Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and official documents
Coordinate meetings, travel plans, and itineraries
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Assist in HR, finance, or project coordination when required
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / PA / Admin role
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Problem-solving and time-management skills
Experience supporting CXO/Founder/Director
Knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, or project tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
