Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the MD provides administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth functioning of the Managing Director’s office. The role involves managing schedules, communication, documentation, and follow-ups while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and MOM.
Coordinate with department heads and track action points.
Handle calls, emails, visitors, and confidential documents.
Support MD with MIS reports and business updates.
Skills & Experience:
Graduate with 3–7 years’ experience supporting senior management.
Strong communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
High level of discretion and organizational ability.
