REQUIREMENTS :

·        1–3 years of proven experience as a Executive Assistant, Data Management or similar role.

·        Strong organizational and coordination skills

·        Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

·        Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively across team

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the CEO, assisting with ongoing projects and priorities.

·        Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth       communication and execution of tasks.

·        Manage the CEO’s calendar efficiently, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and handling conflicts.

·        Collaborate proactively with cross-functional team members to support assigned tasks and organizational initiatives.

·        Ensure consistency and accuracy across all assigned tasks and projects.

·        Track action items, follow up diligently on pending matters, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

·        Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

GREAT TO HAVES (requirements):

·        Ability to handle stress well.

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·        Prior logistics experience will be an added advantage.
