We are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our team Innotrat to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a coordination point between leadership and internal teams

  ● Manage calendars, schedules, follow-ups, and task tracking

  ● Handle professional email communication and documentation

  ● Coordinate meetings, action items, and status updates

  ● Ensure smooth information flow and timely execution of non-technical tasks

  ● Use digital tools and productivity platforms to manage day-to-day activitie

Job Requirements:

3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in executive or administrative support roles

● Degree in Business Administration, Management, Arts, or Commerce

● Excellent written communication skills

● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

● Proficiency in email management and commonly used digital tools

● Strong organizational and time-management skills

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

● High attention to detail and accountability
