Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Handle confidential information with absolute integrity.

• Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to ensure optimal executive productivity.

• Screen and manage emails, calls, and communication on behalf of executives.

2. Meeting & Event Coordination

• Organize internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.

• Arrange logistics for conferences, workshops, and corporate events.

• Take detailed minutes and track deliverables.

3. Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Draft and proofread professional communication.

4. Office & Project Management

• Assist in project planning, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables.

• Manage office operations including supplies, documentation, and recordkeeping.

• Support HR tasks like onboarding, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee files.

5. Financial Administration

• Prepare expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.

• Assist with budget monitoring, vendor invoices, and purchase orders.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
