Role Overview•
We need a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant who can manage the MD's schedule, follow-ups, communication, and coordination across the business — and some personal tasks. This is not a conventional secretary role; we need someone resourceful and driven (think Andy Sachs in The Devil Wears Prada), with outstanding follow-up discipline. Other skills can be trained; integrity and follow-through cannot.
Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will maintain and manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel and appointments; track and drive an ever-growing list of daily follow-ups to closure; coordinate with internal teams, dealers and partners and ensure tasks are completed by others on time; draft official letters, emails and communication on behalf of the MD; prepare and maintain reports and data in Excel; conduct online research as needed; and handle select personal tasks for the MD. The role demands someone who keeps nothing slipping through the cracks.
Work Experience Required-
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary to an MD, or as an office coordinator with steady experience in admin and coordination.
Educational Qualification
Graduate, preferably from a secretarial college.
Skills Required
Excellent follow-up skills are the single most important requirement — we will not hire without this. The candidate must also have working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word), a good command of English (written and spoken), strong proficiency in Google search/research, and shorthand. Strong integrity, reliability, and the ability to get work done from others are essential.
