Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Director to ensure the smooth management of her day-to-day affairs, and most effective use of her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the Director’s absence.

Main responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of agendas and capture salient points, decisions, action items and status in meetings. Preparation of Minutes of the meeting and communicate the same across key  stake holders.

· Support the Director to manage information exchange and ensure effective communication occurs across key stakeholder groups.

· Assist Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.

· Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.

· Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.

 
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Salary shall be no bar for the suitable candidate.

Education:    ·  Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:  ·  total work: 3-4 years (Preferred)

Skills: 1. Excellent command over written and verbal English.

           2. Good command on MS Office.
