Perform accurate data entry and maintain records, MIS, and databases
Assist in calendar management, scheduling meetings, and reminders
Prepare and format documents using MS Word (letters, reports, notes)
Support basic tasks in MS Excel (data updates, tracking sheets)
Manage files (digital and physical) and ensure proper documentation
Handle internal communication, follow-ups, and coordination
Assist with drafting emails, MOMs, and simple presentations when required
Provide general back-office and administrative support
