CHL Laser and Router Cuttings Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to Director. The candidate will provide high-level administrative and operational support, handle confidential documentation, and assist in coordinating day-to-day activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, industry experience, and a presentable, professional personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct assistance and coordination with the Director

• Handling filing, documentation, and record maintenance (manual and computerized)

• Web searching and online coordination

• Managing and operating tasks related to the GEM portal

• Organizing records, correspondence, and office data

• Supporting internal coordination and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Female candidate with 4–5 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong knowledge of filing systems and record management

• Experience with web searching and GEM portal operations

• Proficient in computers and office applications

• Presentable personality with good communication skills

• Preferred age group: 30 to 40 years

• Candidates from North Delhi will be preferred
