We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Office Assistant / Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in internet research, organized in workflow handling, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day office administrative tasks
Conduct internet research and data collection as required
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain records, documents, and reports systematically
Handle emails, follow-ups, and basic communication tasks
Assist in order processing, vendor coordination, or client support (if required)
Ensure smooth office workflow and task tracking
Requirements
Female candidate preferred
Prior experience in a similar office assistant / coordinator role
Strong knowledge of internet searching and online tools
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
