Executive Assistant (Fresher) – Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of management.
Maintain records, documents, and files in an organized manner.
Assist in travel arrangements and event coordination.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Support administrative and operational activities.
Prepare MIS reports and data as required.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
