Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across departments and maintaining strong follow-up on tasks, deadlines, and communications. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a central point of coordination between management and internal/external stakeholders
Track, monitor, and follow up on ongoing tasks, projects, and commitments
Maintain records of meetings, action points, and ensure timely execution
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars efficiently
Prepare reports, MIS, and status updates for management review
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of management
Ensure deadlines are met and escalate delays where necessary
Assist in documentation, filing, and administrative support

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Good command over MS Excel, Word, and email drafting
