Key Responsibilities
• Manage Upwork profile activities: bidding, proposals, forum requests (5+ daily)
• Handle LinkedIn connections and structured follow-ups
• Execute content calendar (2+ posts per week across channels)
• Monitor client communication, alerts, and follow-ups
• Support invoicing, contracts, and monthly payroll
• Assist in hiring, cold calling, BDM & freelancer coordination
