As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Procurement Specialist, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that the right goods and services are delivered at the optimal cost, quality, and time. Your primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of materials and services, from initial sourcing and vendor selection to final delivery and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that minimize risk and maximize value. This involves conducting thorough market research, identifying reliable suppliers, and negotiating complex contracts to secure favorable terms. You will act as a bridge between internal departments—such as production, finance, and logistics—to align procurement activities with broader organizational goals.

Beyond transactional purchasing, you will lead supplier relationship management (SRM) initiatives, monitoring performance through KPIs and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and ethical practices. You will also leverage data analytics to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
