The ERP Executive is responsible for day-to-day ERP operations, data accuracy, user support, and process compliance across retail stores, warehouse, production coordination, and HO functions. The role ensures smooth functioning of ERP modules related to sales, inventory, purchase, production, payroll, and finance, enabling timely decision-making and operational efficiency.
Manage daily ERP transactions across stores, warehouse, HO, and factory coordination
Provide first-level ERP support to users (store staff, warehouse, HR, finance, operations)
Troubleshoot ERP issues related to:
Billing & POS
Inventory mismatches
GRN, STO, PO, and sales entries
Coordinate with ERP vendor for system bugs, upgrades, and enhancements
Ensure 100% data accuracy in:
Item masters (SKU, size, color, MRP, category)
Vendor & customer masters
Store, employee, and cost-center masters
Monitor adherence to ERP SOPs across departments
Identify and report process deviations or data manipulation
Track daily:
Store sales uploads
Stock inward/outward
Inter-store transfers (IST/STO)
Support physical stock audits and reconcile variances
Coordinate with Retail Ops & Warehouse for inventory corrections
Support ERP entries for:
Purchase Orders
Job work challans
Production inward/outward
Vendor billing & reconciliation
Ensure timely closure of transactions to avoid pending entries
Generate and share periodic MIS reports:
Sales, stock, ageing, slow-moving inventory
Store-wise and category-wise performance
Exception and error reports
Support management with custom reports and data extraction
Train new employees on ERP usage and SOPs
Conduct refresher training for store and HO users
Suggest process automation and system improvements to enhance efficiency
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Retail / Apparel ERP preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
Inventory & Supply Chain modules
POS & billing
Purchase & vendor management
Basic accounting entries
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS)
High attention to detail
Strong problem-solving ability

Graduate / Diploma in IT, Commerce, Management, or related field
2–5 years of ERP experience in:
Retail / Apparel / FMCG / Manufacturing preferred
