Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day ERP system operations
Perform accurate data entry and validation across ERP modules
Maintain master data (employees, vendors, inventory, accounts, etc.)
Generate and analyze reports for management review
Coordinate with departments to resolve ERP-related issues
Monitor system accuracy and compliance
Provide user support and basic troubleshooting
Assist in ERP upgrades and process improvements
Ensure data security and backup procedures
Support automation and workflow optimization
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of ERP software (SAP / Tally / Oracle / Busy / Custom ERP)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and operations
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
