We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Executive to join our team at V6 HR SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Get ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other product details on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely stock availability.

• Process orders efficiently and handle returns, replacements, and cancellations.

• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Coordinate with the customer support team to resolve customer queries and improve customer satisfaction.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, marketplace offers, and festive sale activities.

• Maintain account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

• Possess basic knowledge of social media platforms and assist with promotional activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
