Ecommerce Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage our online store operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings (uploading, editing, and updating products)

• Handle orders, returns, and customer queries

• Coordinate with logistics and vendors for smooth order processing

• Monitor inventory and update stock regularly

• Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

• Work on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

• Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns

• Track sales performance and generate reports

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of product SEO (titles, keywords, descriptions)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing

• Experience in handling online marketplaces
