We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Manage orders, inventory, listings, pricing and product availability.
Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners and marketplace teams.
Track dispatches, AWBs, deliveries, returns and cancellations.
Resolve marketplace operational issues and raise/follow up on tickets.
Maintain daily/weekly MIS for sales, orders, inventory and fulfilment.
Support marketplace reconciliation, claims and payment follow-ups.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Ensure smooth execution of marketplace and quick-commerce operations.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations.
Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience in both marketplaces and quick commerce.
