Job Description – Ecommerce Operations Executive

Company: Somani Home Studio Private Limited
Location: Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)
Work Mode: On-site

Role Summary

The Ecommerce Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day ecommerce operations, ensuring accurate product data, smooth order fulfillment, and effective coordination across platforms, logistics, and internal teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage ecommerce portals including product listing, pricing updates, and content accuracy

• Process online orders and coordinate shipping, dispatch, and delivery with logistics teams

• Handle returns, replacements, and customer service coordination

• Manage and monitor affiliate accounts and track performance

• Maintain and review ecommerce dashboards for orders, sales, inventory, and returns

• Coordinate stock and inventory updates with warehouse and showroom teams

• Perform basic image editing for product listings and promotional use

• Manage assigned social media activities including post coordination, customer replies, and lead tracking

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company processes

• Coordinate with internal teams including sales, billing, dispatch, and marketing for smooth operations
  

Job Requirements

• Graduate preferred

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations or related roles

• Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms and order processing

• Working knowledge of Excel and online tools

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks

• Basic English reading ability and Hindi communication skills

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
