SkyGrow Ecommerce and Tech Services LLP is an ecommerce consulting and account management company helping brands grow on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other ecommerce platforms.

Position

Ecommerce Executive (Full-Time)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho.

• Create and optimize product listings.

• Monitor inventory and stock availability.

• Coordinate with clients regarding daily account activities.

• Handle catalog updates and listing issues.

• Assist in PPC campaign monitoring and reporting.

• Track orders, returns, reimbursements, and account health.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Coordinate with marketplace seller support for issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate data in Excel and internal trackers.

Required Skills

• Excellent learning ability with strong grasping power.

• Should be able to understand new processes quickly and work independently after initial training.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Good communication skills (English & Marathi/Hindi).

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Responsible, punctual, and accountable.

• Ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate (Any Stream).

• Experience in Ecommerce is preferred but Freshers with excellent learning ability are encouraged to apply.
