We are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Executive to join our team at Shoelamb!

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing product listings and cataloging across major marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc.).

• Monitoring inventory, order processing, and tracking shipments.

• Optimizing product visibility, updating prices, and running marketplace ads.

• Handling day-to-day backend operations and sales reports.

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing e-commerce seller portals.

• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and inventory management.

• Basic Excel skills and attention to detail.

About the Role:

At Shoelamb, we are expanding our footprint across India’s leading e-commerce platforms. We are seeking an organized and proactive E-Commerce Executive to handle our end-to-end marketplace operations and help drive online growth.

What You Will Do:

• Account Management: Maintain and optimize our seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, and other platforms.

• Cataloging & Listings: Create, update, and manage high-quality product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.

• Order & Inventory Management: Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and maintain accurate stock levels.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales, track returns, resolve listing errors/suppressions, and generate performance reports.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management.

• Familiarity with footwear or fashion retail categories is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data management.

• A problem-solving mindset to quickly resolve backend portal issues.

• It is a Part Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
